From #21 to gone to a page that scores 82. In one day.

A German childcare SaaS thought it had been kicked out of Google. It had been out-built. Diagnosis, a 19 step brief, a sales page, seven QA checks. Content score 48 to 82.
The founder sent one line: "It looks like we dropped out of the search results for our main keyword." He was right about the symptom and wrong about the cause. Nothing was broken. Four things had stacked up: two core updates and an intent shift, a broken homepage title, cannibalisation after the relaunch, and 55 referring domains against a page one that starts at 96.
The number nobody had looked at was the content score. The old homepage scored 33 before the relaunch and 33 after. Content was not the trigger. It was the reason nothing recovered.
So the fix was not a blog post. It was a sales page that also earns the ranking: nineteen research steps, a brief a human approves first, the page, then seven QA checks with written reports. One finding was worth 29 points on its own. The final score: 82, above the target of 80, with the best competitor at 77.
