PT Just Digital Lindgren, trading as Just Digital
Terms and Conditions
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms explain how Just Digital works with you. If anything is unclear, ask before you agree to it.
Who we are
Just Digital is the trading name of PT Just Digital Lindgren, a limited liability company registered in Indonesia with its seat in Badung, Bali. The business is run by Dom, Managing Director, who has worked in search engine optimisation for 17 years and works from Bali.
Our website is justdigital.world. You can reach us on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/domjedro/, by replying to any email you have received from us, or through the contact form at https://justdigital.world/roofers.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean PT Just Digital Lindgren. "You" means the person or business using our website or services.
The free AI search check
The free check works like this. You give us an email address, the area you work in, and your business name or website. Dom asks ChatGPT, the AI summary at the top of Google and Microsoft Copilot who they would call for your trade in your area, and emails you what they said.
The free check costs nothing. It creates no contract between us and no obligation on either side. You do not have to buy anything afterwards, and we do not have to do anything beyond sending you the result.
The result is a snapshot of what those systems said on the day we asked. The same question can get a different answer tomorrow.
Paid work
All paid work is set out in a written proposal or invoice. That document describes what we will do, what it costs, and when. It is the agreement for that piece of work, and these terms apply alongside it. If the proposal or invoice says something different from these terms, the proposal or invoice wins for that work.
Our paid services include writing and rebuilding web pages in your own words, tidying your Google Business Profile and directory listings, a manual monthly re-check of what AI assistants say about your trade in your area, SEO and AI search consulting, and content writing.
We do not have a fixed price list. We quote after looking at your business. Anything not written in the proposal or invoice is not included.
No guarantee of results
We cannot control ChatGPT, Google, Microsoft Copilot or any other search engine or AI assistant. Those companies change how their systems work without telling anyone. What they say about a business can change from one day to the next for reasons that have nothing to do with the work we did.
Because of that, we never guarantee rankings, mentions, leads, jobs or revenue. We will tell you what we think is likely, and why, but a forecast is not a promise.
Any figures on our website come from named sources. Where a figure comes from a different industry, we say so.
What we need from you
For paid work to go well, we need some things from you:
- Accurate information about your business, your services and your area.
- Access to the accounts and systems we need, such as your website, Google Business Profile or directory listings, where the work requires it.
- Timely approvals and answers. If we wait for you, deadlines move.
You must not ask us to write fake reviews, invent testimonials, or make claims about your business that are not true or that you cannot support. We will refuse that work.
You stay responsible for the claims you make about your own business, including the ones we help you put into words. If you tell us your business is licensed or insured, we take your word for it, and the responsibility for that statement stays with you.
Fees, invoices and payment
Fees, payment timing and payment method are set out in the proposal or invoice. Pay by the date shown.
If a payment is late, we will remind you first. If it stays unpaid, we may pause work until it is settled. We may charge reasonable costs of recovery if we have to chase a debt. We will not charge anything that is not fair or that the law where you live does not allow.
If you think an invoice is wrong, tell us before the due date and we will sort it out together.
Who owns what
Once you have paid in full, the finished deliverables we made for you belong to you. That includes the web page copy, listing text and other content we wrote for your business.
Our tools, templates, checklists, methods and know-how stay ours. You get the result; you do not get a licence to our process.
We may name you as a client, or describe the work we did for you, only if you give us permission. If you say no, we keep it private.
Confidentiality
We keep what we learn about your business confidential. That covers your figures, your plans, your customer information and anything else you share with us that is not public. We use it only to do the work. We ask the same of you about our methods and pricing.
This does not apply to information that is already public, or that the law requires either side to disclose.
No legal, tax or financial advice
We give advice on websites, search and AI search. We are not lawyers, accountants or financial advisers, and nothing we say should be read as legal, tax or financial advice. If your business needs that kind of advice, please get it from a qualified professional in your country.
Limits on liability
There are limits on what either side can be asked to pay if something goes wrong.
Neither you nor we are liable to the other for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from our work together.
For any other loss connected with a piece of paid work, the total liability of each side to the other is limited to the total fees paid or payable for that piece of work.
These limits are mutual. They do not apply to anything that the law does not allow a party to exclude or limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that applies to you and cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer or small business under the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for any purpose you told us about. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of those guarantees, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Ending the relationship
Unless the proposal says otherwise, either side can end ongoing work by giving 30 days written notice. An email or LinkedIn message is written notice.
Work done up to the end date is paid for. If you have prepaid for work that has not yet been done, we refund that part fairly, less any costs we have already reasonably incurred for it.
Either side can end work straight away if the other side seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach after being told about it in writing.
If something goes wrong
If you are unhappy with anything, tell us first. Message Dom on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/domjedro/ or reply to any email you have received from us. We will look into it fairly and answer in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
That does not take away any rights you have under laws that apply to you no matter what a contract says, including consumer protection law where you live. If you are in Australia, that includes the Australian Consumer Law. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, that includes your local consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
New terms apply to new work agreed after that date. Work already agreed under a proposal or invoice keeps the terms it was agreed under.
