When the calls start, we send the first ones to you for free. You talk to the homeowners and decide if the calls are worth paying for.

Flat rent, one roofer per town
If they are, you rent the site for one flat monthly fee. Every call and form from it goes to you, and we don't take on another roofer in your town.

Leave, or buy it
It's month to month. Give 30 days' notice and you're out. If you'd rather own the site, you can buy it outright.
